Our typical House Cleaning Routine:
Normal routine: dust everything that we can; wipe down kitchen; bathrooms; floors and vacuum. We have cleaning routines based on the frequency we go to your home whether we are there weekly, monthly, or every 2 weeks. We also can adjust our routines based on your specific needs or expectations - like unexpected guests, that social event that got moved to your home - No Problem! Whether it's a specific request, a recurring task, or a surprise that pops up, we will get the job done!
Every 2 week schedule: In addition to the normal routine above, we will alternate the following A and B during every other visit...
A) dust ceiling corners for webs, as well as fans and baseboards (we wipe baseboards when needed); dust blinds and window sills; try to keep up on all cabinets being wiped and oiled if needed; wipe fridge tops if we can get to them.
B) detail showers (bleach mold, water spots etc.); wipe doors and door jams; vacuum and or wipe lampshades; wipe lights; wipe light and plug plates; wipe hanging pictures and mirrors.
Every week schedule: We do all the above, but more often!
Once a month schedule: we try to keep up on all the above items each time we come - it takes longer to keep everything up on a monthly home, but we can.
Things we generally do not do: we do not wash windows - we will wash the kitchen window and sliders that are used regularly - we are not good at windows which is why we don't do them. We do not move furniture, if someone wants a spring-clean once or twice a year we could move smaller items - it is a general rule that we don't move china cabinets.
